KING OF THE JUNGLE!

As many of you will know, our fantastic author Gino D'Acampo was crowned winner of this year's I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here after a gruelling bush tucker trial which involved eating a fermented egg and a handful of mealworm as well as other revolting creepy crawlies! Gino's good sense of humour and cheeky ways throughout the show made him very popular with his fellow contestants and the public alike.
Gino has just arrived back in the UK and will be making many appearances in newspapers and on radio and TV, including already having a chat on the hot seat on This Morning.
GINO'S BRAND NEW COOKBOOK:
THE I DIET

Italians have the lowest obesity rate in the EU; their life expectancy is a whopping 81 years; and their diet has been linked with drops in cases of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and even Parkinson's disease. Not only that, but following a Mediterranean diet can actually help you to lose weight.
In The I Diet, Gino D'Acampo combines simple, fresh ingredients for an easy way to shed pounds. This is no starve-yourself diet, instead it is a healthy living approach to eating with exceptional recipes. The book also contains advice from a leading dietitian and daily and weekly menu plans.
This title is available from bookshops and from our website RRP £12.99.
